Since getting my degree at UMCP in psychology, I have been actively counseling children (aged 4 to 17).  I have worked for over a decade as a mentor, caseworker, Residential Treatment Counselor, Special Education Teacher’s Assistant, and a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Specialist.  In my position as a PRP Specialist, I frequently educate children about anger management, coping skills, social skills, and more.   I'm also the mother of four.    My experiences (both professionally and personally) have motivated me to share my knowledge with parents and to create resources that might not otherwise be available within the home.
